Step #8: Fill in the application form step by step and click on "Next" button with necessary information and photo.

Step #9: Submit online application form and after submitting you will get application id. You have to take the print out pages.

Step #10: Then you have to submit this print out online application form along with necessary documents mentioned below to your Gram Panchayet or BDO office.

Required Documents for SC/ST Applicants:
1. 10th Admit / Mark Sheet/ School certificate of applicant.

2. Aadhaar card of applicant/father.

3. Ration Card / Voter ID card of applicant.

4. Birth certificate of applicant.

5. 3 copies of attested recent passport size photograph of applicant

6. Ration Card / Voter ID card of applicant’s father.

7. Preferably any document of parents/ancestors of applicant proving settlement in West Bengal
as per requirement of the relevant Act/ Rule and orders.

8. Caste certificate of any relative having blood relation with applicant from paternal side and proof of such relation with genealogical tree/chart.



Required Documents for OBC Applicants:
1. 10th Admit / Mark Sheet / School certificate of applicant.

2. Aadhaar card of applicant/father.

3. Ration Card/Voter ID card of applicant.

4. Birth certificate of applicant.

5. 3 copies of attested recent passport size photograph of applicant.

6. Ration Card/Voter ID card of applicant’s father.

7. Preferably any document of parents/ancestors of applicant proving settlement in West Bengal
prior to 1993

8. Caste certificate of any relative having blood relation with applicant from paternal side and proof of such relation with genealogical tree/chart.

9. Income certificate from local councilor / Pradhan of GP / Salary Slip from Head of Office.

10. Income tax return of last consecutive 3 years.

11. Certificate of employer about service/designation with post status (i.e Group A, B, C, D)- Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs/ Bank/ Educational Institutes / comparable post held by applicant’s 
father and mother (equivalency certificate).
